If you have misplaced or forgotten your password perform the following steps:
If you do not know your player ID, send an email to support@ngn.com.
STEP 1: Click on Forgot My Username and then enter your Player ID, Last name and
Email address when prompted.
STEP 2: If you have successfully entered inn the correct information your username will be sent to you electronically.
PASSWORD:
If you have misplaced or forgotten your password perform the following steps:
If you do not know your Username send an email to support@ngn.com, please provide us with your name, phone number, email and the club you are a member of.
STEP 1:
Click on Forgot My Password and then enter your username when prompted.
STEP 2:
Answer your hint question and click submit.
STEP 3:
Enter a new password and then confirm your new password. You will now be logged in to your Home Page.
Remember to write your password down.
