II. The NGN Handicap and
Club Management System
The NGN system is much more than just a handicap system...it is a club
management, e-commerce, and marketing tool that allows you to easily create,
manage, and grow your club and business.
The NGN system enables the CLUB DIRECTOR/ OWNER to:
(1) Offer a
membership that includes a member card, USGA Handicap card/service and
Player Statistics Tracking;
(2) Communicate with all members via a private NGN Message Center
viewable only by members (no spam or at-work golf related emails);
(3) Post events on a Club Calendar;
(4) Accept online registration and renewals for the handicap club and
for tournaments/ leagues;
(5) Manage and track leagues (with season long statistics);
(6) Manage and track tournaments (with season long statistics);
(7) View a detailed Scoring History analysis to evaluate for integrity
and player course loyalties.

The
NGN system enables MEMBERS to:
(1) Get an USGA
Handicap Index (USGA handicap card) and have a member card that
identifies which club they are in for designation of benefits (eg show
your member card when checking out to receive your member discount);
(2) Sign up and have a handicap card in less than 15 minutes;
(3) Communicate with the club director, handicap chairman, and all
other members;
(4) Accept online registration and renewals for the handicap club and
for tournaments/ leagues;
(5) Manage and track leagues (with season long statistics);
(6) Manage and track tournaments (with season long statistics).
(7) Inexpensively belong to a golf "club" wherein they can experience
camaraderie, special member privileges, and opportunities to play at a
variety of courses (both locally and across the country/ world if the
group takes trips).
