III.  The NGN MEMBER Experience - Page 1 of 7 Sign up  |  My Home Page  |  Post Basic Score  |  Post Advanced Score and Keep Stats Message Center  |  My Calendar  |  My Player Profile |  The NGN Club Director Experience A.  Signing Up for an NGN Club can be done online (via NGN.com or a link directly to the signup portion of ngn.com via your website) or off-line (eg at time of checking in, charge the customer the membership fee) in which case you would either (a) give the new member a password or (b) enter their info for them into the NGN system and assign them a username and password.  Option (a) is easier but option (b) minimizes the chance of password sharing or confusion on behalf of the new member. Below is a sample of how to promote the club on your website then link directly to the NGN secure signup form.  The customer does not even need to have a credit card merchant account (be able to take credit cards)...NGN bills the members credit card for the full membership fee (eg $30), then the NGN fee stays with NGN and the remaining gets deposited directly into the clubs checking account.
